At Meshtex printing services, as well as digital fabric printing by the metre and on the roll, we also offer digitally printed merchandise, with a focus on textile products.
You simply send us your artwork or designs, which we can help you to adjust for printing if needs be, and then we will turn these designs into digitally printed merchandise, which will usually be delivered to you within a matter of a few weeks – depending on the current lead times.
We’re based in Poynton, Cheshire, in between Macclesfield and Stockport, and all printing and production is done right here in the UK. As a result, along with relatively fast lead times, we also offer very high quality finished products.

Tea Towels
Among our most popular digitally printed merchandise, is digitally printed tea towels. These are high quality tea towels, which we can make from a wide range of different fabrics, the most popular being 230gsm Half Panama Cotton.
We hem the tea towels on all four edges, and finish them with a hanging hoop, standard care label (or your own custom care label if you send these to us) and your own brand label if desired. Brand labels are sewn in at no extra cost, provided that you have these produced and sent to us, to be sewn in with the hem.
The minimum order for tea towels is just 50pcs, our pricing is very competitive.
We have price breaks at 50, 100, 250, 500 & 1000+, and you pay the discounted price regardless of the number of designs, for instance if you want 10 each of 10 different designs, you pay the 100pcs rate.
Our standard printed tea towel finished size is 45x67cm, however all of our digitally printed merchandise is made to our customers specific requirements, so if you want a specific size, that’s no problem, however pricing may vary.
Cushion Covers
Another popular product when it comes to digitally printed merchandise is cushion covers.
Again, we can produce cushions from a wide range of different fabrics, including Half Panama Cotton, Artist Velour, Soft Touch Velvet, Freemont Recycled (made entirely from recycled plastic bottles) and many more.
We can either produce double sided cushion covers, meaning the same image or a different image on each side of the cushion cover, or we can produce cushions with a solid coloured back or plain back.
We can produce digitally printed cushion covers with or without piping, and while we usually put the concealed zip at the bottom, this is a custom printed merchandised production service, so we can put the zip in a different position if preferred.
Similarly, with the size of cushion covers, while the standard size is 45cm square, we can produce rectangular cushions, smaller scatter cushions, larger floor cushions – it’s a completely custom service. There is an MOQ of 100pcs on custom sized cushion covers.
Aprons
Another popular item of printed merchandise is digitally printed aprons, which we produce in adult and children’s sizes.
We can produce any type of apron, whether you’re looking for hip aprons, bib aprons, tabards, aprons with pockets – whatever you’re looking for, we will be able to produce.
As we print the fabric on the roll first, for the aprons to then be made from this printed fabric, we can print every inch, every mm in fact, of the apron, which can lead to very eye catching aprons compared to those that are simply embroidered or personalised with a transfer.
Oven Gloves & Mitts
Double oven gloves, single oven gloves or mitts, and gauntlets, are another popular digitally printed product that we regularly produce.
The most popular fabric for digitally printed oven gloves is half panama cotton, in 230gsm or 309gsm, in optic white or natural organic, however we can make all printed merchandise from a wide range of different fabrics.
The minimum order for oven gloves is just 20, and the lead times are generally 3-4 weeks.
Tote Bags
Another popular product we’re asked to produce for our customers when it comes to digitally printed merchandise, is tote bags.
We can produce a range of different tote bags, including flat and gusseted tote bags.
Again, as we print the fabric on the roll for the bags to then be made from, your design can cover every mm of the bag.
As with our other printed merchandise, we can make tote bags in whatever size you would like, including our standard size of approx 34 cm wide by 40cm tall.
Handles can be made from black, white or natural cotton webbing, and we can make them to whatever length you would prefer.

Products we Don’t Produce.
We don’t currently print onto jersey fabrics. We don’t print onto stretch cotton fabrics, however we can print onto stretch polyester fabrics including poly/lycra. We don’t produce T-shirts, or other items of clothing. We’re not a producer of flags, or printed open mesh material, or banners, for this you’d need to look for a banner printer or sign printer.
