This is a full product guide for our digitally printed napkins
The MOQ (minimum order quantity) for our napkins is 50pcs. However, if you want to split the total quantity between a few different designs, that’s totally fine. We have an MOQ per design of 10pcs. So, for example, if you were to order the minimum of 50pcs, you could have up to 5 different designs and you will still get the same unit price.

The standard printed panel size for our napkins is 49x49cm. This allows for a 2cm bleed/hemming allowance on each edge, which means that the resulting finished product size is approx. 45x45cm. If you have a custom size napkin in mind, please get in touch with a member of the team for a personalised quote.
The standard care label appears in behind the bottom left corner, or if you look at the reverse, it will appear at the bottom right corner. You can of course request for different positioning if you prefer, and we can change the positioning free of charge. The standard care label is included in the unit price.
Standard care labels are offered free of charge, 100% cotton and Polyester products only, customer to supply care labels for all other fabrics
Branded labels can be sewn in at no extra cost. The labels will need to be made up elsewhere and sent to us as we do not produce them here. To save you paying for postage twice, you can ask the label company to send them directly to us. If you would like both the standard care label AND your own branded label, make sure to mention this to a member of the team when you are placing your order.
When supplying artwork for a napkin order, please send your files at 49x49cm keeping any text/design motifs that need to be visible at least 3cm away from the edge of the file, so they don’t get sewn into the hem. Please send the files as RGB JPEGs, PSDs, PDFs, or TIFFs at 254 dpi resolution or higher.
