Frequently asked questions – Digitally Printed Fabrics and Product Manufacturing.
Below are the answers to the most frequently asked questions.
- The minimums are per total order, not per design – with a minimum order of 10 per design. For example, if ordering 50 of a product, it can be 10 each of 5 different designs.
- There are no setup fees – providing that we received print ready artwork.
- Any artwork that needs colour work or amending to be print ready is liable to extra charges.
- File types: JPEG, PSD, PDF or TIFF.
- Colour space: sRGB
- Resolution: 300 DPI recommended or higher.
- Average lead times for fabric products, is currently 6-7 weeks. Please note these lead times are estimates only, and they do change depending on workload.
- Average lead times for printed fabric is 1-2 weeks – again, this is an estimate only.
- Please note, lead times are estimated only, and not guaranteed. Please expect longer lead-times during busy periods, especially the run up to Christmas.
- Prices are all excluding VAT.
- There is an order quantity tolerance of up to 5%. This means that if you’re ordering 100 of a product, it’s possible to receive between 5 under or 5 over the number ordered. We always aim to deliver the exact quantity ordered, but it’s not always possible.
- Pricing for fabric is per linear metre.
- Delivery cost is £12 + VAT per box for finished products and small amounts of fabric meterage loosely folded in a parcel. Delivery for fabric sent on the roll is £25 + VAT per roll. Please ask a member of our team what the final delivery charge will be for your order.

- Minimum order for all fabrics is 25m, except for 2218 Half Panama cotton 230gsm which is 1m.
- We don’t print labels, however if you supply fabric labels, we will sew these in with the hem of your products at no extra cost.
- Re sustainability and ethical sourcing – all of the fabrics we supply come from oeko tex certified mills.
- All of the inks and dyes we use are water based.
- The standard template size for tea towels is 72x49cm, with a 2cm bleed on each edge, for a finished tea towel size of approx 68 x 45cm. Background only to remain in the outer 2cm on each edge, so that important parts of the design don’t get lost in the hem.
- The standard template size for 45cm cushions, is 47cm square with 1cm bleed on each edge.
