This is a full product guide for our digitally printed Cushion covers.
The MOQ (minimum order quantity) for our cushion covers is 20pcs. However, if you want to split the total quantity between a few different designs, that’s totally fine. We have an MOQ per design of 10pcs. So, for example, if you were to order the minimum of 20pcs, you could have up to 2 different designs and you will still get the same unit price. You can have different designs front and back. Just make sure there’s a minimum of 10pcs with each front and back combination if you’re having more than one.

We have two standard sizes for cushion covers. The standard printed panel sizes are 47x47cm or 62x62cm. This allows for a 1cm bleed/hemming allowance on each edge, which means that the resulting finished product sizes are approx. 45x45cm and 60x60cm. If you have a custom size cushion cover in mind, please get in touch with a member of the team for a personalised quote.
The standard care label is sewn on the inside seam, and this is included in the unit price.
Standard care labels are offered free of charge, 100% cotton and Polyester products only, customer to supply care labels for all other fabrics.
Branded labels can be sewn in at no extra cost. The labels will need to be made up elsewhere and sent to us as we do not produce them here. To save you paying for postage twice, you can ask the label company to send the labels directly to us.
If you would like both the standard care label AND your own branded label, make sure to mention this to a member of the team when you are placing your order. We can sew your branded labels into any position you’d like.
A popular option is to have them sewn so they’re visible on the outside of the cushion cover or having them sewn on the inside seam. If you’re having your own branded labels, when placing your order, please let a member of the team know where you’d like them to be sewn.
We have 3 invisible zip colour options: white, black or cream. Unless otherwise specified, the machinist will pick which colour goes best with your designs. Once they’re sewn, it’s only the zip tail that will be visible. The cost for an invisible zip is also included in the unit price.
We offer a couple of options on piping. The first option is piping that we make from scratch with printed panels. With this option, you can have any colour you’d like. If you’re having a few different designs with a few different piping colours, when placing your order, make sure it’s clear which piping goes with which design. If you’d like piping made from scratch, please supply us with the RGB values of the colours you’d like us to print the piping or supply the piping as a finished file. The file sizes for these are stated below. The cost of having printed piping is an additional +£2.20 per unit on 45x45cm cushion covers and +£2.57 per unit on 60x60cm cushion covers.
The second option is piping or trim that is supplied to us by you. If you choose to go with this option, before placing your order, please send us a small sample of the trim you’d like to use so we can check we can work with it. For each 45x45cm cushion cover, you’ll need 2m of trim and for each 60x60cm cushion cover, you’ll need 2.6m. The additional cost of having your own supplied trim is +£1.36 per unit (regardless of which cushion cover size).
When supplying artwork for a cushion cover order, please send your files at 47x47cm or 62x62cm keeping any text/design motifs that need to be visible at lease 2cm away from the edge of the file, so they don’t get sewn into the hem. If you are having printed piping, please supply the files at 5.75x200cm for a 45x45cm cushion cover or 5.75x260cm for a 60x60cm cushion cover. Please send the files as RGB JPEGs, PSDs, PDFs, or TIFFs at 254 dpi resolution or higher.
