This is a full product guide for our digitally printed aprons.
The MOQ (minimum order quantity) for our aprons is 20pcs. However, if you want to split the total quantity between a few different designs, that’s totally fine. We have an MOQ per design of 10pcs. So, for example, if you were to order the minimum of 20pcs, you could have up to 2 different designs and you will still get the same unit price.

We have two standard sizes for aprons: adult and child size. The standard printed panel sizes are 74x93cm for adult size or 50x76cm for child size. This allows for a 2cm bleed/hemming allowance on the left, right and bottom edges and 7cm on the top edge. This means that the resulting finished product sizes are approx. 70x84cm and 46x67cm. If you have a custom size apron in mind, please get in touch with a member of the team for a personalised quote.
The standard care label appears in behind the bottom left corner, or if you look at the reverse, it will appear at the bottom right corner. You can of course request for different positioning if you prefer, and we can change the positioning free of charge. Branded labels can be sewn in at no extra cost. The labels will need to be made up elsewhere and sent to us as we do not produce them here. To save you paying for postage twice, you can ask the label company to send the labels directly to us. If you would like both the standard care label AND your own branded label, make sure to mention this to a member of the team when you are placing your order. We can sew your branded labels into any position you’d like. When placing your order, please let a member of the team know where you’d like your branded labels to be sewn.

D rings are one of our optional additional extras. We currently only offer black metal D rings, so if you want to supply these yourself, feel free to do so. If you’d like to use your own, please send us a sample of them so we can make sure we can use them. Please bear in mind you will need two D rings per apron. The additional cost for having D rings is +40p per unit.
Another additional extra is the option to add a pocket to your apron. The standard size we use as a single pocket is 32x22cm however if you have a different size in mind that isn’t too much bigger than this, we can usually do them at the same price. If you would like two pockets instead of one large one, please email us for a quote. The additional cost of having a single apron pocket is + £1.50 per unit.
You have three different options for the neck loops and side ties. Firstly, you can have them made from cotton webbing which comes in three colours: white, black or natural. If you decide to go with this option, when placing your order, please let a member of the team know which colour you’d like. If you’re having a few different designs which you’d like to have different colours of webbing for, please make sure it is clear which colour goes which each design. The cost of this option is included in the unit price.
Your second option is to supply the cotton webbing yourself. If you decide to go for this option, please send us a small sample of the webbing you’d like to use so we can make sure we can use it. For own supplied webbing, you will need 2.3m per apron. If you want to supply your own webbing, we will knock 10p off the unit price.
The third option is to have printed neck loops and side ties. With this option, you can have any colour you’d like. Again, if you’re having a few different designs with a few different strap colours, when placing your order, make sure it’s clear which colour straps go with which design. If you’d like printed straps, please supply us with the RGB values of the colours you’d like us to print or supply the piping as a finished file. The file sizes for these are stated below. The cost of having printed straps is an additional +£1 per unit.
When supplying artwork for an apron order, please send your files at 74x93cm for an adult apron or 50x76cm for a child apron. Please keeping any text/design motifs that need to be visible at least 2cm away from the left, right and bottom edges and 9cm away from the top edge of the file, so they don’t get sewn into the hem. If you are having printed straps, please supply the files at 6.8x63cm for the neck strap 6.8x82cm for each side tie. For a single pocket, please send the artwork at 32x22cm. Please send the files as RGB JPEGs, PSDs, PDFs, or TIFFs at 254 dpi resolution or higher.
