One of the most popular products we manufacture at Meshtex Printing Services, from digitally printed fabric (polyester or cotton) are cushion covers (supplied without cushion pads).
We produce wholesale cushion covers, printed onto a wide range of fabrics, for our trade customers.
Being able to print digitally via dye sublimation onto polyester and via the pigment process directly onto cotton fabric, means that we offer an unusually flexible digital fabric printing service, with the ability to offer trade wholesale customers the exact product they require.
While many digital textiles printers are set up to print either onto cotton via reactive or pigment printing, or onto polyester fabrics via dye sublimation – we do both, so we can choose whichever process works for the fabric you, the client, would like to work with.

When it comes to polyester, being able to digitally print polyester fabric and then manufacture polyester cushions/cushion covers, enables us to cover quite a wide range of cushion styles, with fabrics such as Poly Satin, Polyester canvas, and many more.
If you already know exactly what fabric you need your cushions to be made with, then this is fine, however some customers will come to us with a brief based on what the cushions are for and how they need to look.
For example, we receive requests along the lines of “These cushions are for car showrooms, the print needs to be vibrant, displaying the dealers branding and the car imagery, but they need to be made of a fabric which doesn’t pick up dirt and dust too easily, and which is machine washable”.
It can sometimes be somewhere in the middle, for example “We’re looking for cushions for an event, we have an idea of how they should look, and we think it’s going to be a polyester fabric but we’re not sure, can you send samples?”
Whatever the case may be, we can always help – and because we’ve been working with fabrics for quite some time, we can usually figure out fairly easily which fabrics would be the best options for that particular type of cushion.
