Custom printed cushions are a fantastic way to individually furnish homes and offices, and are one of the most popular products we produce for brands, designers, artists and photographers.
We can produce custom printed cushions to our client’s specification. So whether you’re looking for a large 60 x 60cm all over printed cushion covers with a concealed zip for example, rectangular shaped cushions, or more standard sized 45cm square cushion with or without a zip, we can help.
Our cushion covers are 100% printed and manufactured in the UK, from a wide range of high quality fabric, using direct to textile printing to produce stunning quality prints.
Low Minimum Order
As we print the fabric first prior to making up the cushion covers, there is a minimum order for trade, wholesale custom printed cushions, but it’s only 25.

Fast Turnaround Times
Depending on the time of year, our average lead time is usually around 4-5 weeks for bulk produced made up finished products including bespoke cushion covers, tea towels, aprons, tote bags and Aga covers.

All Over Print or Placement Panels
We print the fabric first, on the roll, and then the cushion panels are cut from the printed fabric, and sewn. We can either print an all over repeat pattern onto the fabric, and then make the cushion covers from this fabric, or we can print engineered panels, or “placement panels” with a single design to appear either on one side or both sides of the cushion.
Piping, Trim, Zips & Labels
When it comes to the details, you can have your cushions exactly as you want them, in terms of whether you would like a zipped cushion or an envelope type cushion, whether you would like trim, piping, and other details such as tassels & branding labels.
Wide Range of Fabrics
We print onto cottons and linens via direct to textile pigment printing, and onto polyester fabrics via dye sublimation printing.
This means we’re able to produce cushions made from a wide range of different fabrics, including half panama 100% cotton (one of the most popular fabrics for cushions), linen union fabrics, cotton linen blends and much more.
