We have a design studio within our premises in Poynton, Stockport, Cheshire (12 miles south of Manchester City Centre, 10 miles from Manchester Airport), in which our talented and experienced artists will make any required tweaks to your image to improve the print quality where required. Depending on the amount of work needed to be done to your artwork, extra charges may apply.
Your chosen fabric will be digitally printed, the cushions will be made up, including your choice of zip colour (black, white or cream).
Any labels required will be sewn in, and then the finished cushion covers will be delivered depending on the current lead time – from when your invoice is paid and artwork proofs are approved.

Depending on your location, and the size of the order, we may be able to deliver free or charge, via our own van and driver. If this isn’t possible, we use a very competent and reliable next day delivery service.
No Setup Charges!
While we can offer optional artwork and digital colour separation services, there are no required setup tasks that we need to charge you for. If you’re sending us a file which is print ready (or which requires little work on our part to make it print ready), all you will pay for is the per cushion price, there will be no additional charges for setting up.
Low Minimum Quantity
Our cushion cover production starts with just 25 cushions per run. Obviously the price drops based on quantity, however even our 25 rate is very competitive.
Choice of Fabrics
When we speak to you about your project, we will find out what kind of fabric you require, and we’ll send you fabric samples if required. We have a wide range of high quality fabrics available to us, and if you require a specific fabric that we don’t currently offer, we will do our best to source it for you.
Fully printed Cushions
As the fabric is printed first, and then the cushions made from the printed fabric, this means that the cushions are completely printed. Some short run production and individually personalised cushions are produced using ready made up cushions, which means that full bleed edge to edge printing often isn’t available. Your design will be printed onto the fabric, and then your cushions will be manufactured using this fully printed fabric.
100% UK Made
Your cushions will have been printed and manufactured in the UK from start to finish. This means that you can promote your products as UK made, and it also means that the quality of the print and of the stitchwork will be of the quality associated with higher quality British made textile products.
Fast Turnaround
When companies are outsourcing printing and product manufacture to other countries for minimum production costs, one of the implications is slower turnaround time.
Every step of our process, from our artists opening your file here in our studio in Cheshire, to the fabric being printed, and the cushions then being made up, is done right here in the UK. This means there is no added shipping time to add to the turnaround, as there would be if we were outsourcing the production to another country to achieve lower production costs.
