Our mug printing services are best suited to clients who are looking for small to medium printed mug production.
Our print process is a very high quality digital, photographic quality printing process, which produces permanent photographic quality images onto ceramic or bone China mugs. We can also print onto stainless steel travel mugs and water bottles.
We are not screen printers however. If you’re in need of a large quantity of mugs, and if you require just one design printing on a larger number of mugs, and there is just one or two colours for example, then you would probably be better off looking for a screen printer.
Screen printing is far faster and cheaper than our digital process, however it’s only for images with a small number of colours, as you would need a screen producing for each colour. Screen printing is mainly used for larger volumes, also because of the fact that a screen is required for each colour. Also with screen it matters how many images there are. For instance if you require 1000 mugs, but this is across 100 designs and you require 10 of each, then there would be 100 jobs, and 100 set up fees.
With our digital process, it doesn’t matter how many images there are, and it doesn’t matter how many colours there are. There is no set up cost, and there is no maximum number of colours.
Even if you decide that you do require a digital process such as ours, if you do require a particularly large quantity, we may not be the best people to speak to, as we’re more geared up for supplying high quality printed mugs, in small to medium volume, with fast lead-times.
If you come to us initially for smaller volumes, but require much larger volumes in the future, we can point you in the right direction.
If you are looking for smaller volumes, and if you require a high quality mug, with quality vibrant dishwasher proof printing, then we may well be the people to speak to.
